Our Chef, Rey, was busy making Mojitos for all of
the guests when this picture was taken. His
friendly smile and passion for cooking came through
loud and clear. |

The meal in March 2005 was Ropa Vieja, Rice, Beans,
Veggies, and of course delicious plantains!! |

The environment was perfect. We ate and danced
outside on the patio and enjoyed some conversation
and Mojitos inside! |

We had a Salsa Rueda Dance Class and then lots of Salsa
Dancing until the facility management made us move the
party inside!! |
