Where are the classes held?

I run a “virtual studio” out of 2 locations in Laguna Niguel.  The locations are listed on the website and schedule card, it depends on the day of the week which location we’re at.  You can go to our direction page to get directions and view a map.

How big are the classes?

A small class is 3 or 4 people.  An average class has 10-15 people in it.  Some of the more popular classes can have as many as 30 in them.

Do I need a partner?

Not unless it’s marked for couples only (Dancing Together 101 and Date Night) Most of the classes you do not need a partner.

Do we have to rotate?

If you come as a couple and don’t want to rotate, you don’t have too.  We recommend it…the drive home from class is usually a little smoother…but you don’t have too.

How do I schedule Private Lessons?

Call Debbie at the office or e-mail her.  The options are mostly evenings between 6-10PM and Sundays.  It varies week by week, depending on the classes that are going on that evening, the location, the number of teachers working that night, etc.

How long will it take to learn to dance?

It depends on your dedication to the learning process...how many classes you take, how often you get out in public and practice your moves, etc.  The average person, taking 1 class/week and going to a club or date night another night each week will feel comfortable that they can talk on the dance floor and actually hear the music they're dancing too in about 6 months.
