Hi Debbie,
I'm writing just to let you know how the wedding turned out. Dave pulled off the father/daughter dance just fine. Our three daughters were all totally surprised as Dave twirled her around and dipped her. I could watch the reactions of all three of them as Dave and Wendy danced around the floor. Unfortunately the DJ changed the song at the last minute but no one knew except Dave who was expecting "Butterfly Kisses." As a matter of fact, I didn't even notice it was different music I was so busy watching everyone's facial expressions (including Dave's).
Wendy was so excited -- she said it was awesome and the best part of her reception. Once Dave told Wendy he had been taking lessons and practicing, word spread around the tables quickly and made for quite the conversation topic for Dave. Thanks for all your help and inspiration.

James and I wanted to let you know that our wedding dance turned out great! Our guests were so surprised and very impressed. Even the few who knew we were taking lessons were just as impressed! More than one person commented on how nice it was to see a bride and groom do something other than just stand there and sway.
Look at the faces of our family and guests in this picture, it shows just what they thought of our dance!

Hi Debbie -

We were hoping to communicate with you sooner, but didn't realize it would still be so crazy after the wedding!
But, wow what a wedding it was! We want to thank you so much for helping us put the finishing touches on our special day by teaching us how coordinate our left feet with our right feet! : )
Our first dance was incredible. Though we were a little nervous and conservative, we had a blast and put on a great show. More importantly, we hope for years to come that we'll be able to dance our first dance as if is was our wedding night (hoping we get better with age, though).
We thought you'd enjoy seeing some of the pictures from the evening (specifically the dance).
Thank you again. We had a great time working with you. We definitely plan to come back for lessons on other steps. In fact, we hope to return with Larry and Kristin, too.

 Hey Deb,

Sorry for the late response... The Wedding and Honeymoon were awesome and way too short. You know how everyone says the day blows by...well, it's true. We can't wait for the videographer to finish our video so we can re-live the moment. The first dance wsa incredible (THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!). Everyone was taken by surprise. They told us that we moved as one. Jen was nervous before we walked out, but i guess i lead her the right way because we didn't seem to make any mistakes. After we danced, the crowd gave us a standing ovation and the cheers rumbled the hall. Jen's brother and sister were in awe, of course. They didn't realize how jen could flow with the dance moves. Again thank you for the wonder instruction.

Dear Dancing Deb....and Staff,

Thank you for this evening; I enjoyed myself, even though I looked far too serious, I know. Learning to dance (gracefully) has been a life-time wish--its in my heart, simply not in my body. Having not spent the time on something so 'frivolous earlier in my life makes it so much more difficult to try to learn now. The environment you provide is happy, knowledgeable and non threatening. Can't ask for anything more.

All the lessons paid off!! Thank you so much. We did the dance perfectly and Dave wasn't nervous!  Everyone in the crowd was amazed and we had lots of Ooos and Aaahs, especially when we did the dips and promenade!!  We were awesome!!
 
We'll send you pictures and show you video tape, when we get them back.

Just a little note to say thanks again for teaching me and my family how to dance for my special wedding day and especially on such short notice!! 

My dad and I rocked on the dance floor and on my wedding night (even though we didn't have time to practice after our rehearsal dinner:)).  You are so good at what you do...keep dancin' and smilin'. 

Hope to see you again at one of your couples classes!
